The snowy Canadian winter has us longing for bright flowers to bloom, song birds to chirp, and the feeling of warm sunlight on our faces. With daylight savings approaching this weekend, I’d say we are one step closer to welcoming spring! At LoveLee Celebrations we are celebrating spring with this citrus inspired styled shoot that’s been featured on Wedding Chicks.
The pops of orange and yellow provided a vibrancy to the classic romantic soft tones of pink and white. Set at The Estates of Sunnybrook, this is the perfect venue for couples who have been longing for a garden inspired wedding. The McLean House displayed stone brick exterior and a lush courtyard space. Rikki Marcone Events then added a floral installation along the staircase and provided a stunning bouquet as well as centerpieces. The gown by Catherine Langlois Bridal completely embodied the dreamy, whimsical feeling. The dress was lightweight and a blush tone, working perfectly with the colour palette. Judy Lim Makeup beautified the bride with a natural makeup look and an enchanting updo. She was then accessorized with exquisite pieces by The Loved One and Meg Lizabet. Tables and chair were supplied by Simply Beautiful Decor and tabletop rentals by Plate Occassions. Love in Bloom Cakes created a simple-detailed wedding cake along with citrus vanilla spice cookies and lemon meringue tarts. It wouldn’t fully be a citrus-inspired theme without the kumquats vines incorporated into the invitations created by Sarah Kim Lettering & Design. All these elements together was brought to life and captured by Maureen Im Photography
It also just happens that today is International Women’s Day and what better way to celebrate this all-girl team with a sweet feature. Special thanks to Maureen Im from Maureen Im Photography for being my partner in crime, This one was super special to us.
